How much does a typical SimpleHome cost?
It can vary greatly depending on the cost of materials at the time of the build, but we want to keep the range between $140,000 - $215,000. The smaller the home - the smaller the price.
How long does it take to build and how big are your homes?
The average build time is 4-6 months. The sizes vary between 800 – 1300 sf.
Where do you build?
To keep cost low it is best to build inside city limits. Access to utilities is much more affordable this way. We will build outside city limits but the cost will increase if a septic system and water well are added.
Do you build custom SimpleHomes?
At this time we do not build custom SimpleHomes. The floor plans we have on this site plus eight others are the only ones we currently build.
